For all things research-related, from thoughts and opinions and theoretical stuff, to wet-lab protocols and back to things like data mining and image analysis…
I realize there are other protocol databases out there and many of them have excellent protocols. But many also have a lot of obscure recipes for things I’d never use and some protocols aren’t well-written.
Not to be hypocritical, as I’m sure some of mine will also be arguably written in terms of quality, but I feel it would be unsportsmanlike to be critical without giving others a chance to criticize me right back.
And at the bottom of each protocol page you can find a link to download it in pdf format. That way, if you want to use it you can have it handy at the lab bench without having to access a computer.
